At Mother Knows Tech, we sell digital downloads (like PDFs). Here’s the short version of our refund policy:


Change of Mind

We can’t offer refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong selection — digital products are delivered instantly, so please choose carefully.


When You Can Get a Refund

Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement if your digital product has a major problem — for example, if it:

  • Doesn’t match the description or preview
  • Has a fault that stops you using it
  • Is unsafe

If the problem is minor (like a small formatting glitch), we’ll fix it for you within a reasonable time.


What to Do If There’s a Problem

  1. Email us at info@motherknowstech.com
  2. Include your order number, what went wrong, and what device/software you’re using
  3. We’ll work with you to fix it — and if we can’t, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement

Didn’t get your download link?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • If it’s not there, email us and we’ll resend it for free
