Refund and Returns Policy

At Mother Knows Tech, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and how we handle issues with digital downloads.
Our Products
We sell digital goods (e.g., downloadable PDFs). These are delivered electronically after purchase.
Change of Mind
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major problem. A major problem with a digital download includes when:
- It is significantly different from the description or preview provided
- It has a fault that prevents you from using it for its intended purpose
- It is unsafe
You are also entitled to have the issue fixed if the problem is minor (for example, a small formatting issue). We will choose whether to repair, replace, or refund in that case.
If You Have a Problem with Your Digital Download
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@motherknowstech.com with:
- Your order number
- Details of the problem
- A description of the device and software you are using to open the file (so we can troubleshoot)
We will work with you to fix the issue quickly. If the problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement as per the ACL.
Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your download link after purchase, please check your spam/junk email folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at info@motherknowstech.com and we will resend it at no extra cost.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
